On behalf of the ISCNC 2020 organizing committee, I am honored and delighted to welcome you to the 2nd International Symposium on Computing, Networking, and Communications at Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo, Japan. Japan holds an impressive scientific, technical, and cultural heritage of excellence. Having our event in Tokyo is, on one hand, a challenge, but also a guarantee of a successful technical conference!

We are living in a world that is more and more a digital world. We feel that, on these pandemic days. Most of the economy, education, social interactions, etc is digital. As the pandemic crisis evolve, we can still develop social interactions, maintain schools and universities work, continuing trading, buying and selling using e-commerce platforms. The importance of computers, networks, and communications never has been so relevant as on those days!

As a conference chair of ISCNC2020, I know that the success of the conference depends ultimately on the many people who are working with us in planning and organizing both the technical program and supporting social arrangements. First, I would like to thank the authors for the excellence of their work! They are the salt and the success of the conference. We must thank the Program Chairs and the Program Committee for their wise, knowledge, and efforts in selecting the best papers, a critical factor for a conference of success. Recognition should go to the Local Organizing Committee members who are working extremely hard for the details of important aspects of the conference programs and social activities.
